Bridging The Gap Adventures specialises in creating adaptive sports and activity programmes and leisure holiday itineraries within the UK and abroad for people with disabilities. The available range of options are designed to be accessible and inclusive for people of all ages, and cater for beginners through to competitive athletes.
Bridging The Gap Adventures offers solutions for assisting individuals with disabilities, and those supporting them, to overcome barriers they may face when considering taking part in adaptive sports, adventure activities and travelling overseas.
We make this easier by introducing you to sports, activity and leisure holiday providers who have experience in supporting individuals with a wide range of physical and sensory disabilities. These may include conditions such as spinal cord injury (paraplegia or tetraplegia), amputations, cerebral palsy, spinal bifida, muscular dystrophy, multiple sclerosis, visual impairment, spinal muscular atrophy, hearing impairment, cystic fibrosis, paralysis, polio, stroke, and more.
We can offer tailor made travel itineraries and activity options, customised to meet your own support needs and interests. Alternatively, join a group of like-minded adventure seekers on a pre-set event, sports programme and holiday destinations.
